Back by popular demand. The Mad Hatter Wrestling Camp offers
Elementary and Middle school wrestlers an opportunity to learn some of the
proven techniques used by the Danbury High Wrestling team. These techniques
will be taught and demonstrated by Danbury coaches and Danbury High
wrestlers past and present.
The camp is a fairly intensive camp with very structured technique and live wrestling sessions. There is a daily morning run. Every wrestler will be pushed to learn and achieve success with several moves from all three positions. We will not teach a hundred moves like other camps and have your children learn none. We will focus on several and drill them until they become a part of each wrestlers arsenal.

The following is a typical daily schedule:
08:30- 08:50 Camp run
09:00- 11:00 Technique and drilling session
11:00 – 11:30 Lunch (brought by campers)
11:30 – 12:30 Outdoor activity (Wiffle ball, punch ball, basketball)
12:30 – 12:45 Camp discussion
12:45 – 2:45 Technique/ live wrestling session
2:45 – 3:00 Campers picked up by parents
